Furniture
There are two dining tables that seat 8, a bar in the kitchen that seats 4, and there are 9 adjustable folding tables that seat 4 each. There are chairs for 20 between the two dining tables and 4 barstools, and there are 48 white plastic wedding chairs that can be setup. There is a large sectional sofa that seats 7-8, two smaller sofas that seat 2 each, and 6 lounge chairs.
The Phone Room
A small, private room for calls, or intimate interviews and shoots.
Full kitchen
The kitchen has a farmhouse sink with disposal, a steam microwave, 2 dishwashers, an ice maker that makes pearl ice, a water faucet that provides chilled, hot, and sparkling water, dishes, glasses, and flatware for 50.
