The kitchen has a farmhouse sink with disposal, a steam microwave, 2 dishwashers, an ice maker that makes pearl ice, a water faucet that provides chilled, hot, and sparkling water, dishes, glasses, and flatware for 50.

There’s a coffee bar area that has a Chemex and Nespresso machine.

Beer, wine, and seltzers only. Liquor must be served by a licensed vendor.

There are two dining tables that seat 8, a bar in the kitchen that seats 4, and there are 9 adjustable folding tables that seat 4 each.

Chairs – Dining chairs, stools, etc Qty: 68

There are chairs for 20 between the two dining tables and 4 barstools, and there are 48 white plastic wedding chairs that can be setup.

Soft Seating – Sofas, lounge chairs, etc Qty: 9

There is a large sectional sofa that seats 7-8, two smaller sofas that seat 2 each, and 6 lounge chairs.

The restrooms each have a toilet and a sink. There is plenty of space to change in them as well.

There is a parking lot with 27 spaces that is free to use for people using our space. There is also street parking right next to the building that makes unloading a vehicle very convenient.

Hosting Rules

General Rules

No smoking or vaping in the space.

Food is allowed but must remain in the kitchen area or on tables.

No food or drink is allowed on the couches or rugs.

Furniture and decorations can be moved around as needed but must be returned to their original location.

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

There are exterior and interior video cameras. The interior cameras only record the main rooms and the hallway for security purposes.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited

The Lounge

The Lounge area has two living room settings, two 8′ tables with seating for 16, and floor-to-ceiling windows on two walls. It’s a perfect setting for seating people, photo and video shoots, and interviews.

The Kitchen

The Kitchen area has a full kitchen with an island bar with four seats. This works well for photo and video shoots, or setting up food and refreshments for a bite to eat.

The Office/Conference room

The Office/Conference room has four electric desks for sitting or standing that combine to form a large conference table, a living room, and three bistro tables. It’s perfect for a meeting, interview, podcast, or just having a place to work for the day.
